Online summer picnic site bookings can be made for 4 hours starting at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. each day.

Please consider the capacity and amenities of your chosen site. The bookings office may contact you in regards to the logistics of your event.

Cancellations must be submitted a minimum of 16 days prior to the reservation date to receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $12.00. Any cancellation requests or time changes that come within 16 days of the reservation date forfeit any refund. Rescheduling requests must be submitted to the Picnic Bookings Office, please note that a minimum of 4 business days prior to the reservation date is required and a $12.00 rescheduling fee will be applied.
