Outdoor Pool Admissions
Reservations are available up to 7 days from the current date.
Outdoor Pools will be available for drop in only on stat holidays.
Reserving in advance will guarantee admission and avoid line-ups. Simply, select the desired date, available time and admission type when prompted. Members, please select the $0 rate. All admission types are validated upon arrival at the facility.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your purchase that contains your purchase details and barcode for admission. Please bring this with you (printed or via mobile device).
Prior to your arrival, review our aquatic centre rules and guidelines. Key messages:
- Opened or unsealed beverages are not permitted. Exceptions may be made for feeding infants and customers with medical needs. Water coolers are available to fill water bottles.
Please make sure to check in within the 30-minute interval of your reserved admission time. Once you've completed the check-in process, there will be no time limit for your visit to the outdoor pool.
If you would like to make a group aquatic reservation at one of our recreation centres, click here and fill out a request form. Please note that we require at least 16 days advance notice.
- Admissions can be cancelled prior to scheduled entry online or by calling 311. Online cancellations can be refunded back to your credit card if it was the original method of payment or placed as a credit on your account to be used towards your next purchase.
- A purchased admission is non-transferable and, aside from the above, non-refundable.
- Credits can be applied at the time of checkout towards any new admission(s).
- All visitors and users of recreation and leisure centres, and attractions, are required to follow posted Facility Use Safety Guidelines, including being respectful of people and property.
- Everyone must be able to swim 25 metres on their front without stopping before entering deep water (over chest deep). Youth under the age of 13 years must demonstrate this ability and those 13 years of age or older may be asked. If a Personal Floatation Device (PFD) is used for the demonstrated swim it must be worn in deep water.
- A maximum of three children under 8 must be actively supervised in the pool and anywhere in the aquatic facility by a responsible person 15 years of age or older. Children under 8 must be within ARMS reach at all times.
