Fitness Fundamentals


Learn how to train in a fun and safe environment. Taught by a Personal Trainer, Fitness Fundamentals teaches you the principles for training safely and effectively with machines and free weights.

Private Personal Training


A personal fitness trainer will work with you one-on-one to create a custom program based on your goals, history and needs.

Semi-Private Personal Training


A personal fitness trainer will work with your group of 2-4 people to create a custom program based on your goals, history and needs.ds.

Small Group Personal Training


Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) sessions are fun, challenging and progressive. Work with a personal trainer for 3 SGPT sessions for the price of 1 private session!

Women on Weights


Learn how to train in a fun and safe environment. Taught by a Personal Trainer, Women on Weights teaches you the principles for training safely and effectively with machines and free weights.

Youth In Action


This course is designed to introduce youth to the basics of fitness and weight training.
