Discounted memberships, including Corporate Wellness and Community League Wellness, and Household memberships must be purchased in-person at our facilities to validate eligibility. Household memberships are sold for all members of the same household related by birth, legal status, or marriage up to a max of 7 people.
Benefits Plus
Memberships provide unlimited access to all City of Edmonton recreation centres and outdoor pools.
For Continuous Monthly Memberships
Memberships may be cancelled at anytime before the fifteenth of the month without penalty. After the fifteenth of the month, the membership cannot be cancelled until the following month. There is no refund for any unused portions of the membership. All cancellations must be completed using the cancellation form. Hold requests can be made using this form.
All membership changes must be performed at a City of Edmonton recreation centre. Any outstanding amounts due to the change must be paid at that time. Any remaining credits will be refunded.
All memberships are automatically updated according to birthdate, members will receive a notice of the change.
Important:
When registering online, you will be required to pay the first full month’s payment and a prorated amount for the remaining days in the current month with credit card online.
On your first visit to a facility, please bring in your completed Pre-Authorized Payment Debit Agreement and a void cheque to complete registration.
Your account is automatically debited on the first banking day of every month.

Continuous monthly and annual memberships also receive unlimited access to leader-led drop-in and virtual fitness classes, 10% off aquatic programs, 20% off registered fitness programs and physical activity programs (excluding day camps), 20% off private and semi-private personal training, two-time membership holds for up to 30 days, access to child minding services for up to 2 hour per day (child and family memberships), complimentary swim assessment and can bring a guest for a free 7-day trial (max twice per year), plus more.
