For an additional cost, members can upgrade to the Conservation Membership tier. To align with the Zoo’s Conservation Strategy, a portion of the Conservation Membership Tier fees will be allocated to conservation funds, which is managed by the Valley Zoo Development Society . Conservation Members will receive a pin or vinyl decal of the Connect, Care, Conserve logo, a tax receipt for their donation to conservation, monthly newsletter/communication from the Valley Zoo Development Society, two guest passes/member and the regular member benefits. Visitors can wear their pin or display their vinyl sticker on an item when visiting the Zoo to show they are a conservation member.

• A purchased membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• At this time, memberships cannot be purchased for other individuals as a gift online. Gift cards can be purchased in person at the Zoo, anytime during operating hours. The gift card recipient must redeem their gift card in person to purchase a membership.
• All visitors and users of recreation and leisure centres, and attractions, are required to follow posted Facility Use Safety Guidelines, including being respectful of people and property.
