Prerequisites: Age 13. Must be able to competently swim 50 m in deep water on their front using a recognizable stroke. Swimming ability will be screened on the first day. It is recommended to have successfully completed one of the following: Swim Patrol, Bronze Star, Youth or Adult Swimmer 3.
